Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines when and how cancellations can be processed.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately at info@furnihaute.com or call +1 601-433-8093. We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request.

However, please note:

Orders enter processing within 1–3 business days and move quickly through our fulfillment system

We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Standard Time are processed the next business day, giving you more time to request cancellation

If we are able to cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You have two options:

Refuse delivery: You may refuse the package when the carrier attempts delivery. The item will be returned to us, and we will process a refund minus any non-refundable shipping costs.

Accept delivery and return: You may accept the delivery and initiate a return within 30 days following our Returns & Refund Policy. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timeline

If your cancellation is successful, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
