Dead on Arrival (DOA) Coverage
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at info@furnihaute.com or call +1 601-433-8093 with:
Your order number
Description of the damage or defect
Clear photos showing the issue
We will review your claim promptly and provide one of the following resolutions:
Replacement of the damaged or defective item at no cost to you
Full refund, including original shipping charges
Partial refund or store credit if you choose to keep the item with minor damage
Return shipping for DOA items will be covered by Furnihaute. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup as appropriate.
Manufacturing Defects
If you discover a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, contact us with details and photos. We will evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair instructions, or refund.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper assembly
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Damage from accidents, pets, or environmental factors
Issues reported after 30 days from delivery (except DOA claims, which must be reported within 48 hours)
Items marked as "Final Sale" or custom-made products
